The Ocna Sugatag spa and health resort is located at an altitude of 490m, with natural healing elements, like concentrated sodium chloride mineral waters (salty water baths).
Therapeutic indications: rheumatic diseases, peripheral neurological and gynecological affections.

Apart from the treatment one can receive at the spa, the TIBULEAC PLANT Therapeutic Centre offers at its facilities or at the guest house alternative medical treatments, like phytotherapy, reflexotherapy, press-puncture and special massages.

Ski

Cavnic is an area located in the Gutâi Mountains, at only 20 km from Ocna Sugatag. Snow can be found here from December until April.
